1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Brio Electronics platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and registered account holders.
2. Products & Grading
All products sold by Brio Electronics are certified refurbished unless explicitly stated otherwise. Each device is assigned a grade (A or B) based on our 127-point inspection protocol. Grade descriptions are provided on each product page. Minor cosmetic variations may exist within grade tolerances and do not constitute grounds for return unless specified.
3. Orders & Payment
All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT where applicable. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method. Brio Electronics reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock inaccuracies. You will be notified and fully refunded in such cases.
4. Returns & Warranty
All devices come with a 12-month Brio Care™ warranty covering hardware defects. Our 30-day return window allows returns for any reason, provided the device is returned in its received condition with original packaging. Return shipping costs are covered by Brio Electronics for defective items. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping.
5. Limitation of Liability
Brio Electronics' liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. This limitation does not apply to damages resulting from gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Stockholm, Sweden. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also have rights under the law of your country of residence that cannot be excluded by these terms.
